I was the woman at the well in John chapter 4. You saw me, spoke to me, forgave me, delivered me, rescued me and loved on me. And, because of that, I am in the palm of your hands. You restored my virtue.
There is so much controversy and advertisement about the movie Fifty Shades of Grey and the Christian perspective and stand against it. WAVA, 105.1 with New Life Live and Focus on The Family, have been discussing it for the past 2-3 days. They are trying to get to the root of why so many women, specifically, Christian women are falling prey to the shcemes of the devil. It is truly a sneaky attempt to pour pornography into their hearts, minds and marriages. Lucifer is taking the weak and vulnerable and using it for evil.
Father, I'm so fired up about it and so passionate about women who are being tricked, deceived and lured into the darkness by the subtleties of satan. WAVA went on the say that last year was all about Biblical Movies in the theaters and now, the first film in #2015 to go viral is trying to twist what you meant for good.
I KNOW THAT THE devil ain't got NOTHING ON MY BIG GOD. No amount of book sales can convince me that YOU ARE NOT COMING BACK TO REDEEM WHAT IS YOURS and to bring YOUR WRATH AGAINST THOSE WHO OPPOSE YOU! I'm Super Excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Father, as you know, I was in the darkness for most of my adult life and I didn't even like sex. I never knew that I had the power to say no. I started when I was 17 and the rest was a journey and a path that I literally slept through the entire time. I am now fifty years old and I am not lacking any affection or attention from the opposite sex. A man did not awaken my sexual desires....My Lord, you did that for me by telling me and showing me what love and intimacy really is and how you are the only one who can satisfy my deepest desires.
Yes, I hold a dream in my heart to be a godly wife and to have a wedding on the beach and I know that you are a #faithful God who will grant me that, when the time is right.
I thank you that I am celibate and that I am so content in this space and place of waiting on you. I hold no secret desires, passions or fantasies to be rescued or swept away by a man. Not anymore....no My Lord, you completely changed that for me!
Help me to reach the women and young girls who do not know that YOU GRANT DESIRES and YOU ALONE!

For the LORD God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The LORD will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.
Our Heavenly Father does not seek perfection, which is unattainable, but He seeks obedience, which can be sustained over time.
