I am so grateful to you that you fill my cup and that you Father, you meet all of my needs and that you....you My Lord, you are more than capable of meeting all of the 5 love languages. I'm so grateul to you that I am not lonely or searching for a man to love on me, make love to me or comfort me in any way. I remember years ago how I used to long for a boyfriend. NOT anymore! You meet all 5 of the love languages. I used to think that quality time was mine and only mine. BUT when Dr. Gary Chapman talked about them in great detail, I discovered that I have a need for all 5 and your grace is more than sufficient! I'm so in love with you!
Quality Time - I delight in our mornings, evening dates and our long nights together. I love being alone with you, reading, star gazing, singing, dancing, laughing, crying and praising you for all that you've done for me and for all that YOU are to me. And not to mention; for all that you've done to and for my family.
Physical Touch - I love to feel my tears run down my cheeks. You have given me the ability to cry and those tears are led by the Holy Spirit. I cry because YOU LOVE me and accept me just as I am. YOU continually love on me, day after day after day! You're continually revealing yourself to me and I am present in those moments and I #praise you that nothing hinders me from feeling you and from seeing you at work in my life. You also touch me with your sun-gift. In the midst of my days, I can feel the sun turn toward me and touch my skin. I love to feel the raindrops. To me those are little wet kisses from you. I love to feel the breeze against my skin as it's such a reminder of your conversation with Nicodemus.
Gifts - I cannot possibly list all the gifts you've gifted me with so, I'll just list one: YOUR gift of Salvation!!!!! What can compare to that. WHO CAN OUT DO MY GOD????????
Acts of Service - Father, you have used many people to come into my life and show me your care and concern for me. In my past life, in those years of darkness and in my own will; I truly believed that there was no one that could do "it" for me and that there was no one that I could trust and/or count on. YOU so proved me wrong. As I began to trust in you, I could hear your whispers.... "Denise, let those that I've placed in your life help you. Don't lean on yourself anymore. I sent them."
I marvel at the love and grace when I think about the Anderson's helping me move! So humbling. And I still laugh at Davey when he delivered the book shelves. I wanted to help and he said, "Denise, let me bless you!"
Words of Affirmation - I cannot even begin to get into the words of affirmation: Way too many....I am precious in your sight, you loved me first, I am fearfully and wonderfully made, I can do all things, all things work together for good, I am more than a conqueror, trust in you with all my heart, and the words "do not be afraid wriiten over 300 times in your holy scriptures.....and for God so loved the world....and the "believe" being in the Gospel of John over 90 times and the promise to come back and get me.....I cannot possibly list them all but I am so affirmed in you. Something I so desparately wanted from men most of my life, to include my dad.
