Your Glorious Light Abounds

My Lord,
Looking back over the weekend, it was such a delightful one as were all the others in the past :-)
You so love on me!  I keep telling everyone that I'm your favorite!  Yes, I know it's not true, but it sure feels like it.
Father, thank you for the favor that you've placed upon my life.  Thank you for the love that you so generously lavish on me and thank you that Your LIGHT follows me wherever I go.
I ran some errands on Friday and in doing so, you answered a ginormous prayer.  Thank you for allowing me to stop by and visit with Marlene.  She and her husband have always been so sweet to me.  I'll never forget how they invited me to sell my books in their store.  What an awesome thing to do for an unknown author such as myself!
After visiting with her, I got to see one of my bestie's, Kathy.  I so missed her smile, hugs and our girl talk.  Of course we talked over one another with all the excitement of getting to share what's been going on since we last spoke.  She's so creative and so blessed to have a job that she loves.  No, I'm not envious.  Knowing her is a blessing in itself.  She also said the sweetest thing to me.  I told her that I love her and she said, "I know you do, and I love you."  Ahhhhhh.... such sweetness that money cannot buy!
Next, I went to the library to take advantage of the free internet.  Thank you for small blessings like that.  The librarians at Twin Beaches and Prince Frederick are so very nice.
Once I finished there, I went back home to do a bit of laundry.  I always enjoy the blessing of having a washer and dryer within the condo as opposed to having to go out to the nearest laundry mat.  I so appreciate that.  I don't want to take for granted anything that you provide because My Lord, you simply don't have to do it.
AND, the grand finale for Friday:  I went to the Christian Book Store in Waldorf, Md., and met the most adorable Christian named Heather.  Her light was shining as bright as the sun.  Asking for unspoken prayers for her.  And, a big thank you beyond words that our paths crossed.  She is a member at Chrissy's church and she is truly a daughter of yours.
After I departed from there, I met Michelle at the Olive Garden! YAY, another "divine appointment!"  We met the sweetest young Christian named D'Nia.  She was only 19 and has such a light and thirst for you.  She's the only child and I pray that she and I can become friends and that I am able to encourage her and cultivate a loving bond over the years.  She surely knows and loves you!
When we were done with dinner, which Michelle made me eat really fast-Lol..., we headed to her church for movie night.  It was awesome to see her light up and be loved on by her church family.  You could feel the love and you could see the Spirit hovering over the sanctuary.  The movie, "God's Not Dead" was sooooooooooo good again :-)
I stayed up way past curfew but it was so worth it.  And, not only that; you gifted me with a penny in the parking lot at the gas station.  Father, you didn't have to.  I contemplated about getting gas, where to get gas...waiting to get gas and when I finally decided to stop at the one on Leonard Town Rd., there was the penny that you placed there for me! :-)
On Saturday, a day filled with sunny skies and peaceful moments of enjoying your word; I felt nothing but love.  Not only did I capture an awesome shot of your glorious sky beauty, I saw the Monarch flutter by my balcony twice!  I so heart you!!!!!!!!!!! <3
I also talked with T for quite some time about your will for her life.  Father, please help her to see you and hear from you.  Help her to see that you are working on something special for her future. Please help her to mediate wholeheartedly and let go of anything that may be striving for her attention and or competing with her devotion for you.
Please keep your protection, grace and favor over the lives of my grangirls and keep their hearts longing to please you.  They love you so much and they so enjoy reading your word and praying to you and I only want that passion to grow deeper with each passing day.  I know that they are very young right now, but FATHER, you can do mighty things in the lives of those who know you and trust you and I'm trusting you to do a MIGHTY work in their lives.  I'm praying with my whole heart that your plans for them will not take a detour as they grow older and as they continue living in "this world" of many distractions and many false teachings.  BLESS and keep them as only you can.
And, lastly My Lord, thank you for yesterday's amazing grace.  You are forever present and forever faithful.
Eternally yours
