I was inspired by Matthew West tonight. I love Christian artist that have a #passion for you! Thank you for giving me the opportunity in the means to take my daughter and my granddaughters to see him. The four of us were so encouraged and filled with such joy being in the presence of your Saints and your chosen children. I know your heart was was filled with #great delight knowing that souls were saved tonight.
I wrote this poem after some of his words pierced my soul.
* The Great Exchange *
Because He voluntarily took my place
My sins have all been erased
Wiped completely clean and without a trace
I no longer live in disgrace
I can stand upright and look you in the face
My ugly past in exchange for His grace
Because He hung on the cross and took my place
Eternally yours
