A day in the life of .....

My Lord,

Thank you for this simple life of mine. Thank you that I have peace and contentment! Your grace abounds!!!

Yes....Thank you!

Today it's snowing again and again, your grace abounds.

I had a dentist appointment today and it was canceled due to the weather. This was the third time that I had a doctor's appointment and it snowed. And because the appointments were canceled, I was already scheduled to be off from work.

Thank you!

So with that being said, I started my morning with a simple thank you, and then I went to my knees in prayer. I cooked some breakfast, had a cup of coffee, and wrote out a list of prayers, and Father you know the need was #great!

I listened to Dr. Charles Stanley's continuation of "The Storm's of Life."

I love that no matter what happens in our life, it is not new to you. Nothing happens without your knowing, and nothing happens in our lives that you don't already accompany us through.

Those that are in Christ Jesus, have the assurance, whether we realize it or not, that your presence goes where we go. We do not weather the storms alone. Dr. Stanley made me laugh out loud yesterday when he said that we don't even go through a sprinkle without you being there.

Lord God, I love you so much and I am so grateful that you are my God. You were always on my side, even when I did not realize it. You always express your love for us in countless ways, but our flesh is too busy doing the things that we want to do and that is the very thing that causes us to miss the goodness of God.

Your faithfulness abounds as well as your unending grace and your unconditional love.

I am so grateful to you that I get it. Father God, I get it!

As long as you are on the throne, I am never alone!

Lord, I know that I can do it, I just need you to help me through it!

I was listening to Dr. Tony Evans today, and he confirmed that the best is yet to come. It's something that I already know, but to hear someone else repeat it, is awesome news to my ears. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done!

Lord I just have to say a special thank you to you. If it had not been for all of my past loves and all of the experiences that each relationship brought me, there is no way under heaven that I would be able to experience YOUR GREAT LOVE for me!

So now, with the remainder of this day, as well as this weekend, I'm going to sit in front of the fireplace, listen to the waves, read my bible, indulge in coffee and crabcakes, as well as continue with my journey through Proverbs, read over my homework from the book of Genesis, and prayerfully, work on my third book; "Poetry and Praise!"

Father God you continually provide and I don't take one moment for granted! I acknowledge You and I #thank You!

PS: a #ginormous thank you for gifting my sweet son with another blessed birthday, as he turned 27 yesterday! Not only that, he came to the office yesterday to see me, to get a hug, and to give me a gift! We always laugh out loud and we always enjoy sweet fellowship, where you are the center of our conversations. Thank you for your protection over his life, your favorite in his life, and the plans that you have for his future, as well as his sister and nieces! <3

In Jesus precious name, amen!

Eternally yours
