Paying It Forward

My Lord,

Thank you for a quiet day at work. Although I was swamped with case reviews, your son gift burst through the window.

I love when I'm in the midst of doing something and you appear and capture my attention and my heart.

Thank you for Thea's retirement dinner tonight. It was amazing to see her being loved on and to see our church family come together to support her next endeavor.

I love when I go to church and everyone is hugging me, or am I hugging everyone? Lol

Either way, it's nothing but love!

Father, I just read some of my daily devotional emails, and this one spoke to my spirit. I've read it before but I just wanted to say thank you for allowing me to bless others. It's only by your grace, only by your grace.

Life Application Study Bible Devotion

Recognizing the other believers as brothers and sisters in the family of God, the Christians in Jerusalem shared all they had so that all could benefit from God's gifts. It is tempting-especially if we have material wealth-to cut ourselves off from one another, each taking care of his or her own interests, each providing for and enjoying his or her own little piece of the world. But as part of God's spiritual family, it is our responsibility to help one another in every way possible. God's family works best when its members work together.
Acts 2:44
the believers were together and had everything in common.
