My Lord,
I know what your word says. I believe what the Bible says and what you have promised.
For many, many years, I believed the lies of the enemy. Father God, you came into my life and you changed me. YOU completely changed my heart.
This is not my life. This life that I live, has surrendered to you Father. All that I am, all that I believe, all that I hope for, all that exist within me belongs to you.
The enemy is trying to deceive your children, and I will not fall for it. I know according to your word that the enemy has been defeated it!
There is a war going on inside the minds of many many Christians, and we have to rely on you Jesus, and you alone!
We cannot simply, receive salvation, gloss over the bible or get a 20-30 minute sermon and then, go back to our normal lives.
We must stay alert, remain steadfast in your word, make a conscious decision to follow you no matter where that journey may take us; to include outside of our comfort zone and the plans we (had/have) for ourselves. WE MUST BE WILLING TO DIE TO SELF!
Standing up for Jesus means standing apart from the world! It will not be easy, but Lord, you have #promised that the reward will be worth it when you return for us!
Father God, on this day, Lord Jesus, please be with your children and make your presence known. They are struggling and they need confirmation that you are there. Let them know Father that you are their promised Messiah and that they are not alone!
Answer our prayers according to your will, according to what you have promised us, and according to the grace that you so graciously give us undeservingly!
Father God shine your light on the sins of the world, and bring forth your magnificent, amazing, redemption to those who have lost hope and feel weary and defeated.
Give us this day our daily bread, forgive our trespasses and help us to forgive those who have trespassed against us. Lord in our own strength we cannot do it. But Father how grateful are we that your word says in Christ our strength is found!
I believe! I trust you, and I believe in you!
