Overview...

My Lord,

Thank you for an awesome time with Alex on Wednesday!  Ultimate bliss.  Thank you for the wonderful and enriching fellowship with T.  It's always so full of your presence and your amazing grace!

Thank you for the dental visit on Thursday.  I am so grateful for health coverage.  Thank you that the doctor is a Christian.  So delightful to hear her testimony.  Thank you for the amazing weather and the amazing revelation!  YOU REIGN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for Friday's ultimate time of renewal and restoration.  I love spending the entire day with you.  I just love how there's always something going on just outside my balcony and how I am more than content to stay inside and be alone with you.  The Farmer's Market will be coming to an end in October and then I can open the door and allow the waves to serenade me as I bask in your word.  I love you for allowing me to still live there.

Thank you for Saturday's spinach pizza party at Sister's Corner.  It was so delicious.  I'm going to try and discipline myself and not get another one today or tomorrow or the day after.  I'm going to try to hold off and treat myself on Friday.  I'm going to need your help!!!!!!!!!! It was so yummy.  SO much better than the beet juice that I had the night before :-)

Thank you for the walk that I took with an ocassional jog in between. Please help me to get back into the habit of walking.  I like it so much more now that the seasons are changing.  It was a perfect outing and I realized just how much I've missed it.

Thank you for church today.  John Anderson preached on the disciple Thomas.  I love how the scripture is always coming alive with each passing day; only with your discernment of course. And I love those that you use to get me to see your word afresh.  I love how he said that Thomas went from doubting in John 20:25 to believing in verse 28!
verse 25) ..."Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe." verse 28)Thomas said to him, "My Lord and My God!"

Father, what are your plans for me?

After spending the night reading the Book of Ruth, I wrote this on Saturday morning:
"I continually ask God to search me deeply to ensure that I'm free from anything that would hinder my intimacy with Him. I love that I'm so wide open to him. I'm completely vulnerable and at his mercy. Yesterday I walked throughout the house thanking him for things and then said that as much as I love living here, I'd give up everything to sit at his feet. He knows that about me. Nothing is hidden from him. Hebrews 4:13. I love that my heart does not long for a [Boaz] to rescue me, unlike the world, Jesus is my redeemer!"

Patiently awaiting your answer...................

Eternally yours
