My Lord,
Thank you! The list would go on forever if I began to name the things that I am thankful for.
Yesterday, I came home to find two cards in the mail. One from my nephew, Donnell. He wanted to wish me a Happy Birthday and to thank me for supporting him. My big sister, Pochie (who likes to be called Maria) also sent me a Birthday greeting. I cried as I read the card and I was so, so touched by her sentiments.
I am so grateful that you have blessed me enormously with loving friendships that seem to keep growing. Thank you for the memories and love that my family and I share and are continuing to share. I keep my siblings, nieces and nephews lifted up in your loving arms. I thank you that my parents are still here and are still healthy.
Pause: prayers for Dave and his family.
Lord, thank you for my church home. Today's message/sermon was so profound, so thought provoking and so eye opening. Help me Lord to be like Andrew. I want to not only tell others what you've done and who you are, but I want the courage to bring them to you. I don't want to drag them, persuade them and force them to come. Father, I want to gently lead them by the hand and heart and show them your goodness, grace and salvation. Father, if I'm not doing this, please help me to be more available to those who desparately need you. I love how Pastor Dario said that many are looking for you and just don't know it.
I was one of those looking, searching and oh so lost. I didn't find you...My Lord, you found me.
Exhale.........................................................
GRATEFUL!
Eternally yours
