Reflections

My Lord,

I love you for so many reasons, but this verse being one of them!

This used to be me and YOU redeemed me!  Forever yours-forever grateful!

Judges 17:6 "In those days Israel had no king; all the people did whatever seemed right in their
own eyes."

Father, I am yours. Use my life, alter my plans, redirect my steps and fulfill your great purpose in me.  Please keep reminded, day-by-day, that this life (the one you've gifted me with) is not about me, my comfort or my happiness.

Jesus, I love your law, your precepts, your truth and your ways...I long to walk in the ways of the Lord and bring nothing but GLORY to your precious name.  I pray that each and every day that I get to spend here on this (earthly) soil will show all that see and know me that I am a child of the Most High; that I am your daughter and that your Spirit dwells in me.

In those moments, days, seasons where I am not walking in the way of your righteousness, My Lord, PLEASE bring me back, hold me accountable and "discipline" me with your loving, gentle kindness.  I don't want to go back to the life of disobedience, ignorance and wickedness.  I long to see your face and when I do, I don't want any shame attached to our union while in the Glory of your presence...I want nothing that reflects the old self to dim my light!

Continue with your plans by making me new and clean with each breath that I take and with each promise that you've written long ago!  In Jesus' name. Amen.

Prayers:  Susie, Robin, Janet, Tina, Linda Rae, Missy, the 4 Kings, the Fuller family, Toni, the Gaddy family, the Jones family, my coworkers, the youth and graduates, the upcoming Vacation Bible School in all the Churches-not just Grace Brethren, the volunteers and the seniors!  Father, have your way in our lives and protect us from the evil one!

Eternally yours
