Your Grace Is Sufficient

My Lord,

Thank you for being constant in my life and the lives of my family members.  Yes, Father, I've seen and I know your grace to be sufficient.  Our family has been praying many prayers lately concerning various health issues and you continue in your awesome tender loving care of each precious soul.  I believe in your healing and today, I lift up Kiyah to you.  Yes, I believe.

Father, I also lift up my dear friend Leslie to you.  She needs your comfort and your peace.  Be with her as only you can!  In Jesus' precious and perfect name. Amen

And on a completely different note, I'd like to thank you for continuing in my journey toward being healthy and conscious of my food choices.  I'm still committed to drinking my veggie and fruit juices (100%) and not from cartoons, bottles or cans.

This morning I had a beet juice, mixed w/carrots and an orange and I still cannot believe how yummy it is.  And although the fast has been over for a week now, I can honestly say that I #still know what I've been consuming.  Still haven't had anything fast or fried and I still have no desire to go back to coffee.

For the past 8 days I have eaten salads with tuna on top, fruits, veggies and mixed nuts.  I had 2 cookies last Wednesday, 2 on Sunday and 2 yesterday.  I have had some multi grain tostito chips w/humus and lots of water.  No soda, no tea, no bread and no cheese.  I still cannot believe that I've been enjoying brown rice and mixed veggies for dinner.

Please be with me in the coming days as Beckie is coming to visit and we will probably fellowship with food.  I pray to remain consistent and not to over indulge.  Kathy and I plan to take her to dinner and she also loves to cook.  Give me grace in that regard and I will be faithful to give you all the praise.

As I love to say, "Big and small..." you answer them all.  Nothing is too BIG (Kiyah's prayer) and nothing is too small (my discipline with food).  Both of these are important to you because what concerns your children, concerns you.  You are indeed the #best Dad ever!

Eternally yours
